5. Consent Agenda: Items listed under consent agenda will be approved in one motion without discussion unless any Board member requests that an item be removed for individual discussion. That item then can be considered at an appropriate time during the Board’s regular order of business or under New Business.
a. A Resolution approving the Final Plat of the Christman Park Subdivision, generally located on the Northeast corner of Maple Road and Christman Road, on parcels identified by Tax Key Numbers 15.994 and 15.994.001. At its meeting on April 5, 2016 the Plan Commission unanimously recommended this Resolution be approved subject to 33 conditions.
b. A Resolution accepting the introduction of a resolution vacating a portion of Duke Street located within the proposed Christman Park Subdivision. The proposed vacated section is North of Parcel 2 of Certified Survey Map No. 3281, in the Southwest 1/4 of Section 4. At its meeting on April 5, 2016 the Plan Commission unanimously recommended this Resolution be approved.
7. General Government Committee - Discussion and possible action on the following item:
a. Emergency Water Main Interconnect Agreement with the City of Brookfield
b. Agreement for Engineering Services between the Village of Menomonee Falls and Traffic Analysis & Design, Inc. for the Design of the Appleton Avenue, Pilgrim Road and Menomonee Avenue Intersection Reconstruction, Project #41194
