Meeting is scheduled for 6:30 pm in the VILLAGE OF MENOMONEE FALLS BOARD ROOM #2245, W156N8480 Pilgrim Road.
 

Plan Commission meetings are broadcast live on local cable station 25. The recorded version is broadcast beginning next week Tuesday, Thursday,and Saturday at 7:00 am, 12 noon, 7:00 pm, and 10:00 pm until the end of the month.
 
             
1.   APPROVAL OF MINUTES
 
a.   Approval of the minutes of the January 7, 2014 meeting.
 
2.   PUBLIC HEARINGS
 
a.   Public hearing on a recommendation to the Village Board of Trustees on the request of INDEPENDENT SCHOLASTIC ASSOCIATION INC. who has requested the Village amend Conditional Use Permit No. 3-22-96-C allowing AQUINAS ACADEMY the ability to construct a new building on their school campus located in the Northeast 1/4 of Section 22, Tax Key Number 58.997.004, P-2 Institutional District. 

Consideration of a recommendation to the Village Board on the request of INDEPENDENT SCHOLASTIC ASSOCIATION INC. to amend Conditional Use Permit No. 3-22-96-C allowing AQUINAS ACADEMY the ability to construct a new building on their school campus located at located N72 W15935 Good Hope Road, in the Northeast 1/4 of Section 22, Tax Key Number 85.997.004, P-2 Institutional District.

a.   Discussion and possible reconsideration of the preliminary and final approval of a land division dividing land owned by JOAN L. GIESE located on the Northeast corner of Good Hope Road and Northwood Drive, in the Southeast ¼ of Section 13, Tax Key Number 56.001.001, R-3 Single Family Residential District.

a.   Consideration of a recommendation to the Village Board of Trustees on the request of GEORGE WEBB RESTAURANT to obtain a conditional use permit allowing a 24 hour restaurant at the COLONIAL PLAZA SHOPPING CENTER located at N89 W16829 Appleton Avenue, in the Southwest ¼ of Section 3, Tax Key Number 11.065.006, C-2 Community Business District and OVC Village Centre Overlay District.
 
 
b.   Consideration of a recommendation to the Village Board of Trustees on an Ordinance approving the WEYERHAVEN PLANNED RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT being developed by NEUMANN COMPANIES INC.  The subject development would be located on the east side of Lilly Road, South of Mill Road, in the Northwest ¼ of Section 25, Tax Key Numbers 98.997 and 98.997.001, PRD Planned Residential District, and FF Floodfringe District.
 
 
c.   Consideration of sign exceptions for freestanding signs in the Village Centre on the request of COLONIAL APPLETON AVENUE, LLC for the COLONIAL PLAZA SHOPPING CENTER located at N87 W16899 Appleton Avenue, in the Southwest ¼ of Section 3, Tax Key Number 11.065.006, C-2 Community Business District and OVC Village Centre Overlay District.

 
 
d.   Consideration of a recommendation to the Village Board on the request of AT&T MOBILITY to obtain a Conditional Use Permit allowing a wireless communications facility on the property owned by BROOK FALLS VENTURES, LLC located at N48 W14850 Lisbon Road, in the Southwest 1/4 of Section 35, Tax Key Number 139.991, C-1 Neighborhood Business District.

 
 
e.   Consideration of a recommendation to the Village Board of Trustees on the request of THE VILLAGE OF MENOMONEE FALLS to obtain a conditional use permit for the construction and operation of a new FIRE STATION located near the intersection of Main Street and Menomonee Avenue, in the Southeast 1/4 of Section 8, identified by Tax Key Number 32.997.001 in the P-2 Institutional Zoning District.
 
 
f.   Consideration of a recommendation to the Village Board of Trustees on the request of THE VILLAGE OF MENOMONEE FALLS to obtain a conditional use permit for the construction and operation of FIRE STATION NO. 5, located N56 W19350 Silver Spring Drive, west of the Spencer’s Pass East subdivision, in the Southeast 1/4 of Section 29, identified by Tax Key Number 116.997.004 in the P-2 Institutional Zoning District.
 
 
g.  
Consideration of a recommendation to the Village Board of Trustees regarding an Ordinance amending Sections 122-1022 through 122-1027 of the Municipal Code pertaining to modifications to the Planned Development District No. 2 Zoning District.
