a. Public hearing on a recommendation to the Village Board of Trustees on the request of the VILLAGE OF MENOMONEE FALLS to amend Conditional Use Permit No. 13-15-05 to allow for the construction of a CENTRALIZED PUBLIC WORKS FACILITY on the Village owned properties located at N72W15920, N72W15944, and N72W15756 Good Hope Road, in the Southeast 1/4 of Section 15, Tax Key Numbers 60.968.001, 60.969, and 60.965, P-2 Institutional District. Consideration of a recommendation to the Village Board on the request of RAINBOW CHILD CARE CENTER, LLC to obtain a Conditional Use Permit allowing a child care facility located at the northwest corner of Appleton Avenue and Good Hope Road. Consideration of a recommendation to the Village Board on the request of UNG CHO to obtain a Conditional Use Permit allowing an indoor recreation facility at COLONIAL PLAZA owned by COLONIAL APPLETON AVENUE, LLC located at N89 W16863 Appleton Avenue. The subject site is further identified by Tax Key Number 11.065.006, in the Southwest ¼ of Section 3, C-2 Community Business and OVC Village Centre Overlay District.
b. Conceptual review regarding the request of MELANIE EDEN to construct 8 Self Storage Buildings on the parcel located at the Southwest corner of Good Hope Road and Marcy Road. The subject parcel is located at N72W18689 Good Hope Road, in the Northwest ¼ of Section 21, identified by Tax Key Number 82.989, I-1 Light Industrial District.
c. Consideration of a recommendation to the Village Board on the request of GERMANTOWN LITTLE LEAGUE to amend Conditional Use Permit No. 11-27-97 allowing an indoor recreation facility at the property owned by the JAMES A & CYNTHIA K KOLINSKI REVOCABLE TRUST. The subject property is located at N60 W16221 Kohler Lane, in the Southeast ¼ of Section 27, Tax Key Number 108.992.008, I-1 Light Industrial Zoning District.
d. Conceptual review regarding the request of CHEEMA BROS LLC dba PETRO MART APPLETON to expand their operations to include a U-Haul dealership at N89W16812 Appleton Avenue, in the Southwest ¼ of Section 3, identified by Tax Key Number 11.219, C-2 Community Business and OVC Village Centre Overlay Zoning Districts.
e. Consideration of a Utility Plan for the Fox Meadows Subdivision proposed on the West side of Pilgrim Road, between Chateau Drive and Wildflower Drive, in the Southeast ¼ of Section 22, Tax Key Number 88.998.005, R-3.5 Single Family Residential District and Shoreland-Wetland District.
f. Consideration of a recommendation to the Village Board of Trustees on the request of the Menomonee Falls School District to remove a 1984 public use restriction on a parcel located on the north side of Daylily Drive and west side Northfield Drive. The subject parcel is located in Section 24, identified by Tax Key Number 95.999.009, R-2 Single Family Residential District.
g. Consideration of a recommendation to the Village Board of Trustees to declare excess right of way and adopt a resolution vacating an unnamed and unused premises reserved for public roadway extending North from Daylily Drive and Northfield Drive along the Western and Eastern borders of a parcel identified by Tax Key Number 95.999.009, in Section 24.
h. Consideration of a recommendation to the Village Board of Trustees regarding the adoption of the 2016 – 2020 Comprehensive Outdoor Recreation Plan.
