3. APPROVAL OF MINUTES
a. Consideration of preliminary and final approval of a Certified Survey Map dividing lands owned by DOUGLAS POSS, located at W182 N5933 Spruce Lane, in the Southwest ¼ of Section 28, Tax Key Number 111.008, R-3 Single Family Residential Zoning District.
b. Consideration of a recommendation to the Village Board of Trustees on the request of WEAS DEVELOPMENT to obtain Planned Infill Development (PID) Overlay Zoning District approval for a new mixed use development at the southwest corner of Good Hope Road and Highland Drive, in the Northeast ¼ of Section 24, Tax Key Numbers 93.984, 93.983, and 93.975, RM-1 Multifamily Zoning District.
c. Consideration of a recommendation to the Village Board of Trustees on the request of ALL ABOUT LEARNING LLC to amend Conditional Use Permit No. 22-34-99 allowing a 1,743 square foot addition to the existing day care facility located at N56 W43625 Silver Spring Drive, in the Northeast corner of Section 34, Tax Key Number 133.995.002, I-1 Light Industrial District.
d. Consideration of a recommendation to the Village Board of Trustees on the request of the GRACE EVANGELICAL LUTHERAN CHURCH to rezone 38.7 acres of land from the A-1 Agricultural District to the P-2 Institutional District. The subject land is generally described as the Eastern half of the parcel identified by Tax Key Number 18.999.005, located on the South side of County Line Road, approximately 2,000 feet west of Maple Road, in the Northeast 1/4 of Section 5.
e. Consideration of a recommendation to the Village Board of Trustees on the request of the MENOMONEE FALLS FESTIVALS CORP to rezone land located at N88W16621 Appleton Avenue, from the P-2 Institutional Zoning District to the C-2 Community Business District with the OVC Village Centre Overlay. The subject land is located in the Southwest ¼ of Section 3, and identified by Tax Key Number 11.274.
