a. Reconsideration of a recommendation to the Village Board of Trustees on the request of JOHN BASSLER to rezone multiple parcels located at the northeast corner of the Pilgrim Road and Kings Highway intersection, directly south of the former Walmart Neighborhood Market building, from the R-4 Single Family Residential Zoning District to the R-6 Single Family and Two Family Residential District. The subject land is located in the Northwest ¼ of Section 11, and identified by Tax Key Numbers 42.983.003, 42.983, 42.983.002, 42.981, 42.982, 42.983.001, 42.984.001, and 42.984.
b. Reconsideration of a recommendation to the Village Board of Trustees on the request of DENNIS AND KATHLEEN REIMER to rezone several parcels located on Lannon Road approximately a ¼ mile north of Silver Spring Road, from the A-1 Agricultural Zoning District to the R-1 Single Family Residential Zoning District. The subject land is located in the Northwest and Southwest ¼ of Section 29, and identified by Tax Key Numbers 114.997.006, 115.999.003, 115.999.004, 115.999, 115.999.001, 115.999.002, 115.998, and 115.997.
c. Consideration of an industrial use approval request for BENCE BUILD, LLC to construct a building on Stratton Circle and Old Orchard Road, directly north from Briggs and Stratton Corporation, in the Northeast ¼ of Section 12, Tax Key Number 48.996.003, I-1 Light Industrial District.
d. Consideration of approval on the request of SAINT ANTHONY’S CONGREGATION to obtain a parking adjustment for a redesign and reconstruction of their parking lot located at N74W13604 Appleton Avenue. The subject land is further identified by Tax Key Number 51.995, in the Southwest ¼ of Section 13, and located in the P-2 Institutional Zoning District.
e. Consideration of preliminary and final approval of a land division dividing land owned by WOODMAN’S FOOD MARKET, INC. generally located at the northwest corner of Leon Road and 124th Street, in the Southeast 1/4 of Section 12, Tax Key Number 48.985.001, I-1 Light Industrial District with the OC-5 Commercial Service Overlay District.
f. Consideration of preliminary and final approval of a land division redividing lands owned by BRENT T. & L. MELISSA BOETTCHER AND TODD G. FOX. The lands are generally located between Fond du Lac Avenue and Country Club Court, In the Northeast ¼ of Section 13, Tax Key Numbers 49.054.001 and 49.054.002, PRD Planned Residential Development District.
