Consideration of a recommendation to the Village Board on the request of LANNON STONE PRODUCTS to obtain a Conditional Use Permit allowing the construction of an unpaved mine haul road crossing the Fox River and the permanent storage of overburden on the land located at N64 W19356 Mill Road in the A-1 Agricultural, Floodway, Flood Fringe, Shoreland Wetlands, and CW-1 Conservancy Wetlands Zoning Districts.
e. Consideration of a recommendation to the Village Board on the request of MILWAUKEE BASEBALL ACADEMY to obtain a Conditional Use Permit allowing an indoor recreation facility at the property owned by Nicolet Equities LLC located at N83 W13250 Leon Road in the I-1 Light Industrial Zoning District.
f. Consideration of preliminary and final approval of a land division and recommendation to the Village Board of Trustees approving a Certified Survey Map combining lands owned by ANTHONY DENNIS AND KATHLEEN REIMER located approximately ¼ mile North of Silver Spring Drive, on the parcel identified by Tax Key Number 115.999.004 and a portion of the parcel identified by Tax Key Number 115.999.
g. Consideration of a recommendation to the Village Board of Trustees regarding the Final Plat for the AEROPARK ADDITION NO. 1 Subdivision extending Beechcraft Road. The proposed Subdivision is located on the east side of Lannon Road, approximately ¼ mile south of Silver Spring Drive.
h. Consideration of a recommendation to the Village Board regarding an Ordinance amending Section 122-237, renumbering Sections 122-238 and 122-239, and creating a new R-7 Single-Family Residential Zoning District as Section 122-238.
i. Consideration of a recommendation to the Village Board of Trustees regarding the potential to rezone seven properties generally located near the intersection of Main Street and Lilly Road from the C-1 Neighborhood Business District, C-4 Suburban Retail Business District and I-1 Light Industrial District to the Planned Development District (PDD) No. 2. The subject parcels are identified by Tax Key Numbers 3.977, 41.994, 41.999, 46.992, 46.993, 46.995, and 46.996.003.
j. Consideration of a recommendation to the Village Board of Trustees regarding an Ordinance amending Sections 122-1022 through 122-1025 of the Municipal Code pertaining to Planned Development District Number 2.
